But the staff are all so nice, especially the cashier I saw on Monday 8/10. She’s nice to chat with and she’s very helpful. I love looking at the cats, reptiles, and rodents, and you’re the closest pet store to where I live.

I got stuck waiting behind someone while everyone else was waved through the lines. Other shoppers are selfish so the staff should pay attention. The “management” did not look professional at all and ran away as soon as the issue was cleared so that they could call him back to the front for a new issue.
