  We took our dogs in to get their nails cut, gland expression, ears cleaned and a bath. Then they called me and asked mee to come back in to help clip their nails. The dogs were to excited to sit still so their nails did not get done. They didnt get a bath or their glands expressed but their ears were cleaned. I think the service should have been free since they didnt do anything but I got charged $104. And what groomer calls the owner to come back to the shop to help?

  On 6/22/26 I bought a African fat tailed gecko, the staff were so kind one of the ladies walked me through everything I needed and gave me great advise on how to properly care for them although the staff were a bit busy they had a great attitudes and I overall felt so welcomed, as a 19 year old women I don’t care to write reviews at places, but they treated me with so much kindness I had to, thank you.

  Told me that I wasn’t able to adopt the cat I wanted until the next day but I come in the next day and they tell me the cat was adopted yesterday after I called. So not only did they waste my time… they played in my face. Weird ahh employees

  Staff wasn’t very friendly when i asked about live crickets due to not being there before. They also don’t give any egg carton to help prevent crickets trampling each other. Several workers were also just standing around on there phone, I definitely won’t be coming back and will just stick to Petsmart.

  Friendly staff Always helpful with any questions I might have. Petco cares about the customer by helping with whatever i might need to better my pets all around health I love going there because of the comfortable feeling i get from the amazing staff Thank you Petco
