- JJJordanApr 24, 20265.0We have used four paws spa for several years now. We used the self service bath option for a while and recently switched to the bathing service. One of my dogs is very nervous with baths and blow drying and Tammy takes such good care of her. She pays attention to her behavior and communication and I have no worries when she’s in her hands! They only kennel if absolutely necessary which I greatly appreciate. Their pricing is so affordable, too! We recut started doing the deshed treatment for my short haired Shepard mix. And I was blown away with how well it worked. And now I’ll never go back haha. It lasted for almost 3 months! You can just tell the group cares about your dogs as much as you do and it gives you such peace of mind as a dog owner. Highly HIGHLY recommend giving it a shot here if you haven’t!

It’s a double edged sword because depending on when you go, it may be very busy and you may have to wait. Best bet is to go early on a weekday if you can. Sometimes they neglect to refill the automatic shampoo and conditioner which is annoying. Thankfully, they have extra that you can apply by hand. I prefer using the automatic because it’s easier to apply just the right amount evenly on my dog’s coat. The last time I went, I noticed the electric plug and outlet for the high velocity drier wasn’t in the best condition. I’ve never been shocked, but with all the water and activity it could be a hazard.
