I have two pugs and I’m paying $151 a month for the wellness plan and every time I go in there they charge me money on top of that. It’s supposed to be a discount rate but just today I went in for a recheck for an ear and they wanted to charge me $55 for them to look at my dogs ears. A manager came in and tried to visit with me about it and I tried to explain how I don’t understand why paying $1800 for an entire year and having unlimited office visits still compute to me paying for this amount this rate if something goes wrong I think you’re just better off going to a normal vet and pay as you go there’s no way to get out of this wellness plan and so I’m stuck Payne this even though I cannot go in there and have them touch my dog without paying feet. It’s ridiculous.

Absolutely terrible. Got suckered into a “wellness plan.” I’ve paid over $600 and haven’t gotten anything more than a couple shots and a dental cleaning. Ridiculously up charge for every single tiny little thing Forgot to do my dog’s ear cleaning And even during the cleaning the doctor refused to take care of a tiny skin tag while my dog was under anesthesia for a dental cleaning just so they can get me back to suck out more money.

Well first the schedule changed like 2 times. We went from 10 to 12 then a couple days before we switched to 1:30. I scheduled blood work and for them to cut his nails. I was told they couldn’t do blood work even though the week before they said they could. The vet lady told me I have scheduled the same day which I did but they couldn’t get all on the same day. They can be a mess sometimes

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?

How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
What kind of appointment do I have?
• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
