  Was able to make appointment on short notice. Vet and tech very friendly. I have a schnauzer and they are really nervous si they worked exceptional with him

  Recently booked an appointment for my dog Bear to get updated on his vaccines, and overall it was a really great experience. I even called the day before to make sure they would be able to provide the services he needed, and they reassured me everything would be taken care of. When we arrived, check-in was quick and easy, and the entire appointment only took about 30 minutes. The staff was incredibly informative, knowledgeable, and sweet throughout the visit. They even allowed me to stay and watch while Bear received his vaccines, which made me feel much more comfortable. They also offered an affordable package that included three vaccines plus an anal gland cleaning, which helped get Bear completely up to date at a very reasonable price. I was really happy with the value and care we received. they even called the next day and left a message to make sure that bear had no reactions and was okay after receiving the vaccines.

  I came in because my cat was having a hard time, they were the only ones in town willing to help with while being on a fixed income. Thank yall!

  My dog Zola had a really bad infection and the doctor really cared for her and kept us informed the entire time she was in her care. I highly recommend and will be returning!

  We LOVE Vetco in Manhattan! They provide us with amazing service and give us good and genuine advice when it comes to our best guy, Scooby. I know that when we come to them (whether it’s routine care or something more serious), they will be attentive and supportive. They are efficient and get us in and out in a timely manner while also addressing our concerns and questions. They also give detailed feedback and communication via phone call, email, and text without it feeling too overwhelming.
