  WONDERFUL AND AFFORDABLE! There are days our cat just loves the staff and other days he hates them but regardless, they do great taking care of him and let us know what is going on and if there is anything we need to change or not. We appreciate the staff so much and we know they work very hard. Thank you!!!

  Honestly I am really tired of trying to get live bugs for my bearded dragon and the bugs always being dead. Its been like this for months and I just get told well... we don't check them but once a week when we put them out. Uhm huh??

  Honestly staff are amazing, but u find it a bit ridiculous that they sell cats, cat supplies, and do medical evaluations and visits for cats. But they won’t groom them? If peck doesn’t groom their cats does that mean they’re neglecting the cats that are sitting in their waiting to be adopted? Do better. Grooming services are ridiculously priced as is, might as-well groom cats as-well. Sat their and waited in line having people talk about how they hate cats being disrespectful to cats, as were standing their with our cat. Nothing was said. Plain disrespect and neglect. Do better.

  Very disappointed with the reptile care at this Petco. The enclosures I saw had poor husbandry, including inadequate humidity, and I saw a crested gecko with what was the wrong diet. I understand they need to make a profit, but failure to provide the basic husbandry is cruel. Reptiles have very specific care needs, and failing to meet them can cause stress, dehydration, and health problems. If this store is going to sell reptiles, they need to provide proper care. Shame on everyone who allows this.
