  Dr. Cho and Megan were phenomenal in caring for my soul cat Luna. Megan got us in a room immediately and got Luna a churu and her history asap. It was less than 5 minutes and she came back in with Dr. Cho. He was great at explaining in words I could retain and was as thorough as I would have been if I could have been her dr! Our other location did not keep the meds we needed in stock, but this one did! He gave me an emergency dose and some pain management for my girl. Overall great experience. I told them that she was very stressed because the night before at the emergency vet, they took her from me immediately and left her in her kennel for like 4 hours and the only people coming in and out were either hurting her or doing weird things so she was stressing.... by the time we were ready to leave she was trying not to fall asleep on the table. The Dr was so calming and sweet to her. She had only been taken from me physically for 5 minutes here, and he scooped her up in her comfy blanket to keep her comfortable. I felt that they really respected that she was overly stressed. I cant say enough good about this vetco location. Already loved Vetco, this location is such a good choice. Even the groomers were near at check out and gave us such a sweet send off, telling Luna how beautiful she was and giving some pets. Just a great experience. Thank you everyone 💜

  Dr. C is absolutely the best! You can tell how much she cares about her customers and their pets. Megan in the front is one of the sweetest and most kind people around. Lucy is also amazing 😍 And everyone else at the vet there. Go Vetco team!

  Great experience for our golden retriever. We were looking for a new vet after our longtime vet retired. This Petco had just opened and we gave it try. So glad we did! Right from entering the door, the staff was super friendly, greeted us and got us checked in easily and quickly. The Vet assistant was very nice and got us ready for Dr. Cho. Dr. Cho is great. You could tell he loves his job. He gave us the meds we needed for allergies and our dog is already improving. He also made sure to make the exit very easy, in case other dogs were around, you never know how that goes sometimes. Dr. Cho texted us to check-in later that day. Highly recommend Dr. Cho and Vetco Total Care. 👍

  Dr. C has been my vet through three dogs with high above average health issues. What I love the most is she is so much less to extreme with her treatments than other vets and she is so cautious about what the different treatments do to the body over the history of the dog. She listens and explains and my dogs loved or love her so very much. I feel very blessed to have found her!
