  OMG I love the new PetCo store in Orchard Corners, Overland Park, Kansas. The store is smaller but management has made signable easy to see and find what you need. I couldn't find cat collars but the cashier/clerk took me right back to them! She was so very friendly which is more than I got at the old store.

  the beta fish care is horrible. i found 2 with horrible swim bladder that should have already been getting treated in the back. when i asked if they could surrender me the beta they said no we will treat it. they leave these animals to die and rot in those cups. his fin rot was the worst i’ve ever seen.

  Fabulous place for a one-stop shop for all your pet child's Health and Needs 💜. Absolutely Phenomenal staff and Groomers 💞. The ONLY thing I would say is that the prices are a bit higher than one would expect..so be cautious ⚠️.

  They had a product marked clearance and I didn’t realize until I got home that I was charged full price. I had to come back the next day to return it and asked to see the manager. I told him what happened and informed him it’s against the law to do that. He snarkily replied that it isn’t and that “it’s just 6 bucks dude calm down”. Here’s the thing it’s not just $6, I had to waste my time, gas, and put miles on my car because of their negligence. In the end he didn’t even apologize for the mistake and blamed another customer for putting it in the wrong spot. I didn’t get the managers name but he was a balding overweight man. Be aware of the prices at checkout.
