  Horrible horrible horrible experience here with the dog washing station. I do not recommend you use it. The grooming manager is extremely rude and dismissive of the issues. The machine that dispenses shampoo and conditioner was completely empty and the guy I had to flag down to help me leaving my huge golden doodle unattended because he was soaking wet he came in and saw none of them were dispensing anything but I water. Then he “helped” me move my dog to the other one and that barely had shampoo come out. I went to use conditioner and it’s completely empty. I’m so annoyed at this point so I go to same guy to tell him but at this point I’ve dried my dog off as much as possible And Kristie or Chrissy comes and tells me she can give me conditioner because it never dispenses correctly and I said I will take some home with me but I’m not going to pull my dog up in there a third time and she tells me no so I asked for a credit or a refund and she tells me no because I came over with a attitude and I chose to do the self wash. It was so unprofessional and you DONT get what you pay for. I will add the guy that had tried to help me was super nice he just wasn’t familiar with the self wash. The manager needs a lesson on managing because that was such a bad experience

  We took our dog chip in there for a grooming, and his hair was a little bit long, but I don’t think it was too long and they shaved him. He doesn’t even look like the same dog. I will never go back there.!!

  Absolute waste of time driving an hour for a grooming appointment just to be turned away for not liking his feet touched.
