  There are people around that work there.But no one offers to help you. It's a big new store and I didn't intend to spend long.I just wanted to feed my baby. I could have used some help.

  Drake helped us get set up with a new fish, tank and all of the accessories. He was incredibly knowledgeable and patient walking us through the steps we needed to make it a success. Thanks, Drake!

  I was very impressed with this location. The store was very clean and organized. The employees were also very knowledgeable and helpful. This store is way above the old location

  Drake in the fish department is awesome! The Petco I went to is over in Overland Park right across from Oak Park Mall. That guy is very knowledgeable and knows how to get your tank running! I highly recommend Drake, thank you Petco for hiring that guy. I've got 3 neon tetras and a snail with some plants. I plan to get a shrimp next.

  This Petco is awesome! They have extremely friendly and helpful staff who made my puppy very happy with their food choices, which makes me exuberant with joy because she is picky. Additionally, this store stays open an extra hour on Sunday, when all of the other Petco's close at 7:00pm! I drove 28 minutes to this store and it was definitely worth the trip! Thank you Petco for a wonderful staff, and excellent service!
