- HCHarlee CrossetteMay 20, 20261.0I took my boy in the second to last week of April because he was acting strange. The doctor believed he had a urinary problem and requested my permission to put a catheter in him to help relieve pain and tension. During this, he advised me that pets sometimes don't make it but he would call me with any updates about him. I agreed and left around 8:45 in the morning as I had taken him in right as they opened. 4:30 comes around and I haven't heard anything. I try to call several times. My boyfriend tries to call several times. Finally, I get them on the line and the receptionist refused to tell me anything. She said 'talk to the guy you were with this morning about it'. In no way was this professional as the cat was my animal and everything had been under my name. It took my boyfriend coming home from work to tell me that my baby had passed away. I call back the next morning to arrange cremation and ask for them to keep fur and whiskers of his for me. They promised me they would and gave me a date to pick him up. Well, the date to pick him up got pushed back THREE TIMES before he was finally there. Today is May 20th, almost a month later when I have finally gotten him back. When I asked about what had happened with their communication I was simply told "I don't know". The sane answer was given when I asked about getting fur and whiskers. They did not hold up to any of their promises. Throughly disappointed in this location. If you want a vet that will keep you updated on your pet's condition, do not come here.

- DBDana K BrownJan 31, 20185.0Dr. Lewis has the best bedside manner. He's professional but also leaves you smiling 😃. He's one of the oldest veterinarians in town. Well respected. He's just an absolutely amazing person. By the way, he just lost his wife, but he was still serving his patients.
