  Found what I needed … cat collars. However, women’s restroom needed cleaning attention. Toilet paper was on floor in package.

  Sometimes when I come in, I get great service and lots of help. Other times I have to hunt people down to catch me fish and the last two who have caught fish have seemed like they barely know how. One kept hitting them very hard with the net and the two fish I watched her nearly smush to death died quickly. She also did not put air in the bag or tie it properly so I had to do it myself. If someone didn't know they may have taken them home and their fish could've run out of air. The second one did a better job but kept picking up large pieces of wood and dropping them without checking for fish. They also just a few unfriendly people in their lately. Including the cashier that was sitting on a register on her phone and didn't acknowledge me until I spoke to her. We also after waiting about 10 minutes for fish had to wait in line for nearly another 10 minutes because the cashier was having trouble. At no point was backup called or did she call for help. Instead she apologized literally non stop and I mean probably 15 plus times after we told her it was all good. It's awkward to have to soothe a cashiers anxiety and give them reassurance when you're just trying to buy fish and fish food. There is a very nice employee that we sometimes see and she's great, I wish I knew her name. She's taller and has longer blonde hair. Her and the guy that I think is the manager are great and very helpful. Their fish are better quality than a lot of the other places and they have great deals. My only other complaint is that I asked them to order me green tiger barbs like 9 plus months ago and they never did it despite writing all of the info down. I do also wish they sometimes had a better assortment of Bettas including females as they have the least amount of female Bettas of all the petcos/PetSmart's in the area.

  i bought a clown fish from this store, and it died same day, and they would not make it right...

  Took our lab for a routine check-up and they are great and have lots of flexible times. Plus the Doggy Make-Rover is such a great deal fpr our girl to get pampered and looking her best and it is walk-in too!

  Have been there several.times in the past few months and the only thing I have an issue with is the bare toy section, at first I thought maybe I just got there before they stocked the shelves but several visits later and still very minimal selection which is disappointing considering it IS a pet store.
