The treatment I received was appalling. I believe the store marked the appointment as missed to cover the poor service. I have the receipt from the visit to show I did not miss the appointment.

Went in for a bag of prescription dog food, but we couldn’t find our written script, so my fiance called from the vet office she works at the day earlier to make sure we could get it the following day. The manager she spoke with verified that she emailed them the script and that I would be able to come get it with no issues. When I got there the following day, the cashier looked at me like I was crazy. The manager now swears that she never got a call the day prior and there was no email, yet it was verified multiple times the day prior If we messed up, we messed up, but I did not appreciate the immoderate dismissiveness and almost standoff attitude the employees gave off. I’m all for owning my mistakes if we messed up, but I don’t feel inclined to make a return trip here if that’s how the staff handles situations like this. Unprofessional and poor customer service skills. We probably will stick to a further pet store for our needs in the future.

They will charge you the difference on a discounted item if it breaks and you have to exchange it and the hippie looking female employee has terrible customer service getting snippy with a small child asking for help with fish.

I am so impressed with the Vet and staff here! Dr. Lembke has so much knowledge and passion. She treated my boy Benny with such care that I instantly trusted her. Some vets can be so cold and she is exactly who you want caring for your animal. The office manager, Pamela, was also amazing. Lauren also went above and beyond with her compassion and knowledge. Her heart is genuine for sure. You can tell when people truly care about how the animal feels and this place is full of heart! Noah was also great :) Thank you all for treating my boy like he was your own! Please give all of these employees a financial raise or some gift. We really need to show more appreciation to quality people.
