  Our dog loves it here and so do we! The facility is huge and well kept. The food is well priced and what we’ve had has been great. The staff have all been very kind and helpful. Dog safety is their top priority. There was an aggressive/reactive dog when we visited and staff promptly stepped in to keep everyone safe.

  I have discussed this situation with the owner and appreciate that they listened to my concerns and provided a refund. However, I still feel it’s important to share my experience for anyone considering bringing their dogs here. The facility itself is nice and may be a great fit for some owners. However, if you have a high-energy herding breed, I would strongly encourage looking into alternatives such as structured daycare programs, training facilities, Sniffspots, or other environments better equipped to handle those breeds and their unique needs. Our dogs regularly attend a temperament-tested daycare with trained staff and have never had behavioral issues. They are consistently praised in a similar social environment with proper supervision and management. Despite that, our dogs were singled out and given a strike after a situation involving multiple dogs, while the full context did not seem to be considered. What was most disappointing was overhearing staff discuss the situation with uninvolved customers within earshot of us, in a way that felt mocking and dismissive, rather than pulling aside the owners involved to have a respectful conversation and gather the full scope of what happened. I appreciate the owner’s response after the fact, but based on our experience, this was not the right environment for our dogs. If you have a herding breed or other high-drive dog, there are likely better options available that provide more structure, supervision, and breed-specific understanding.

  Good place to go if you work from home or remote & want to get out with the pups, lots of friendly staff, drink options, some food as well. I would not expect 5 star meal but if you need a snack, lunch, or just a quick bite they got you covered. Super great set up with indoor & out door area for dogs & humans alike. Clean, affordable, community conscious! I wish there were more than just this location to be honest. I drive from fishers which says a lot for how cool the place is. No bad things to review on outside of anything you would only expect at a dog park. Every pup has its day they may make your their best friend for the day while you have no clue who owns the dog but embrace it that's what its about. Made a lot of friends here & good events. Clean restrooms as well & decent parking 8/10 days. Id say the best Indy has to offer so far so give it a try. My pups absolutely love it here & so do my wife & I. Thanks a lot for having such a place owner, staff, & anyone else that has to do with how cool the place continues to be.
