Friendly staff and Dr. Molly is the bomb! Took good care of my cat Jellybean. Bandfield made the cost reasonable so far. Thank you!

Took my dog there because I felt I was overcharged at the prior vet & her issues were still not addressed/resolved plus new symptoms had developed. Tests were run to the tune of $400 (that was with a free office visit). The only thing I found out was that she was positive for Lyme disease. Her alk phos was like 8 times higher than what it should have been and her alt was elevated at 138 (normal = 125) so only slightly. Not once was I told these levels could be due to the Lymes. Not once. In fact the MD proceeded to blame it on the fact my dog will only eat human food. The new symptom that had developed & the initial reason I brought her in to them was because she was panting continuously. I told them she was panting so hard sometimes it would shake the bed where I couldn't sleep. Again, not once was I told that could be due to the Lymes. Prior to taking her in my dog had gotten down from the bed and she yelped. I had my back to her so I thought I stepped on her. I told them about this too. After my appointment with this clinic who did nothing to treat her, I saw her yelp when jumping off the bed and then limping for a day or two, only this time she didn't want to go outside to even potty. She wasn't eating, and was becoming lethargic. When I researched it online it said Lyme disease when progressing, will cause joint pain. Not once was I told this either. I called them begging for the MD to please start her on the Doxycyline I was told she should have already been on. They refused to do this because they wanted to run more test first. Like they didn't already get enough of my money, right? I will NEVER, EVER return to Banfield. By the way Banfield - I got what I needed for my dog without you!!

The staff here are so nice and caring. They do not sugarcoat and tell you what's true. They take very good care of our pup and we are really pleased with their service.

I really like the vet however they are not as thorough, communication could improve. My pet had an issue and I explained what my concerns were. They did not address it. Every month my pet insurance goes up without any notification. I went from paying $60 now I’m $104
