- JLJose Leon3 days ago2.0We went to see the vet for our dogs yearly shots in hopes of saving some money. The woman at the front was cold and not engaging. She basically ignored us when we walked in. No initial greeting and request to wait. Once checked in the rest of the staff was OK. Tlwe were disappointed that the pricing was higher than expected without the friendly personalized service we get from our unusual Vet. The whole experiance was impersonal and transactional. We will have to look at the cost again and rethink returning.
- EWEmily WhiteOct 4, 20261.0I took my golden retriever to get groomed and a flea cleanse. When we asked how long it would take Bunny told me 3-4 hours but if she didn’t call my by 7 to come in. The appointment was for 3:45 I got a call at 4:41 that I needed to pick my dog because they had let her drink poison. I immediately went inside and Bunny told me to wait a moment since another person was in front of me in line. When I picked up my dog she was not herself at all. She is normally very energetic, excited. When picked her up she was excited to see me but as soon as we left she was scared when I tried to help lift her into my vehicle. On the way home (keep in mind she never wants held in the car) she wanted held by my fiancé the entire way home and wouldn’t move she would just stare out the window. Spend your money elsewhere somewhere that will ensure your animals safety.
