I've taken my dog to Banfield in Noblesville since he was a puppy, and our experience has been ok until recently that he got very ill. They have been completely helpless. I took him there because he had fever for three days, and regardless of the exams and labs they ran, they would not get the root of the issue. I took him to the ER and they recommended several procedures that Banfield didn’t even suggest. I went back and had them done with them because we have their wellness plan and we hoped to save a couple dollars. They charged me $950 to run ANOTHER urinary test (which they did the first time) just to tell me that my dog had an UTI. Their staff would not answer my questions and recommended to just keep bringing him in. Their “care” for animals does NOT feel genuine; it feels like they just want you to continue taking your pet there to get more money out of you. Reading other owners’ similar stories to ours in the reviews just made me realized that this happens more than it should with them. We are very disappointed and will be looking for another clinic. I do not recommend them at all!

They told me my dog was underweight when I had recently rescued her off the side of the road and was feeding her what the bag said to feed her. This was her first vet appointment where I wanted to be taught what she needed but instead I felt belittled as her new owner. Then proceeded to tell me if I didn’t want the dog that the vet would happily take her. So I have not been back and do not plan to ever be back.

My GSD was seen there for hip problems, refusing to eat and looking bloated. The VET refused to touch her and only recommended flea treatment and an anti-inflammatory. 1 week later she had to be put down because she had about a 10lbs fluid filled tumor in her abdomen and was bleeding internally. All of this could've been avoided and she wouldn't of had to suffer for a full week if the VET would've done his job. This company doesn't care about your pets. They care about your money and weather or not you get one of the "plans" that they sell. You know the one's that they spent my whole visit trying get me on it. DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES TRUST THESE PEOPLE WITH YOUR PETS!
P.S. For anyone who knows what to look for on an ultrasound that the VET at the emergency clinic immediately did after feeling my dogs abdomen. I'll post that here!

I consistently have a terrible experience with this vet. I pay 2 monthly wellness plans for my pets. They regularly cancel appointments with less than 24 hours notice. Staff regularly behave as if they just wanted to go home and do not treat pets with any genuine care, let alone treat them like their own pets. During my most recent visit, I arrived at 4:45p for my 5:00p appointment for two pets. I checked in at the front desk and sat down in the waiting area. At 5:15p, 15 minutes after my appointment start time, I was still waiting. I asked the receptionist when I could expect to be seen. In response, she told me that she “forgot” to check my pets in. They assured me that they would go clean a room and get me back to the room “immediately”. Several minutes later, they returned to share that no rooms were available and that I would have to wait longer. At 5:38p, almost 45 minutes after my appointment start time, a vet tech came to me in the waiting room and began writing down my pet’s history. She seemed very confused and could not get a single question out without apologizing several times or saying “wait, I can’t talk today”. Finally, I was taken to a room. The vet tech repeated the same questions, expressed being confused about the reason for visit, and mixed up two different vaccines when discussing them, which is very concerning. I was told my pet would get routine bloodwork done during her annual wellness visit. The vet saw her for maybe 5 minutes before returning to say that the bloodwork would not be completed. When asked for the reason, he visibly scrambled before landing on, “she was a little wiggly” and shared that I would have to come back in 2 weeks. I asked about the weight of my two pets that were being seen. The vet told me that my male cat gained weight and currently weighed 13lbs. The vet tech later stated that the same male cat lost weight and currently weighed 11lbs. I asked for them to clarify so that my pet’s flea and tick preventative could be administered at the correct dosage. The vet tech assured that the vet mixed up the numbers and that my pet weighed 13lbs. After the appointment, I weighed him outside myself. He weighed 13lbs. Why can’t two vet professionals correctly identify the weight of an animal? That is very concerning. The check out process was extensive as well. Everyone blamed the incredibly poor service on a new system the entire time. The receptionist repeatedly shared how happy she was to give me “a good show” and promised to give another good show next time. I am consistently disappointed by the level of care provided by this team. I believe that my experience warrants a refund for 1 month of payments. This is not the first time this clinic has delivered incredibly poor service to my pets and I. It certainly will not be the last. I do not recommend going here or purchasing a monthly subscription plan, because it is intentionally expensive to cancel. I will not be renewing my plans.
