I cannot say enough good things about PetVet365 in Jeffersonville. I recently brought in a very sick rescue kitten named Clementine. Despite all of my efforts, her condition was rapidly declining, and I made the heartbreaking decision to let her go.
From the moment I arrived, the staff treated both Clementine and me with incredible compassion, kindness, and understanding. They recognized the urgency of the situation, as a new client - worked me in into their schedule, and helped us through an incredibly sad time.
What touched me most was their genuine empathy. They never made me feel rushed or judged. They listened, understood, and treated Clementine with dignity and gentleness. They also worked within my limited finances and even helped arrange cremation, which meant more than I can express.
Losing Clementine broke my heart, but Dr. Brooks, and the staff at PetVet365 in Jeffersonville helped mend it with their compassion and support. Every staff member I met was wonderful. These women are truly angels.
I am so grateful that our community has a clinic with such extended hours, skilled professionals, and caring hearts. From the depths of my own heart, thank you for helping Clementine leave this world surrounded by love and kindness. I will never forget it.

After a few days of thinking it over, I really have to share an experience I had the other day with PetVet 365 here in Jeffersonville. This has been my cats primary vet for 2 years, and I have always had pretty good experiences, and really enjoyed how close it is to my home. Sunday night I noticed my cat had a small sore on her lip, and took off work Monday with the plans of calling the vet. After calling and getting no answer, my bf left a VM. We go online, see there is no availability for same day, no problem. We call a few other local places, no where can see her same day. My cat was acting fine, eating fine, playing, ect. So I figured ok this can wait until later in the week, she has no symptoms but this bump and some swelling on her lip. This is where my issues begin. I call PetVet 365 and someone answers, unsure of their name. I explain that we had called and left a VM earlier, and we were hoping to make an appt for later in the week. The person on the phone was immediately very weird and said that they had gotten my VM and didn’t have anything available today. I knew that, and again asked for an appt later in the week. This person proceeded to tell me that my cat must be not eating bc of her swollen mouth and that I need to take her to an emergency vet. I explain that she’s really acting normal and fine, and that I’d really rather just make an appt for later. This person then says that my cat may be eating, but she is in extreme pain. Nope, my cat is totally fine. Then, after explaining that I have called multiple places, I am told I must be calling the wrong places, and am sent a reference of emergency hospitals they refer people to for emergency urgent care. At this point, I again, say I do not want to do that and that my cat is truly ok and I just want this bump checked. The person on the phone tells me that my cat CANNOT be eating well and that cats organs begin to shut down after not eating for so long and that my cat will die if I don’t take her to emergency care, and that they are understaffed and too busy to argue with me, and that they cannot see my cat under any circumstances And no, I’m not kidding, that is how it was worded. At this point I just say … so you’re refusing to make her an appt later in the week? And she says yes!. And then the call ends. As someone who works in a doctors office, I understand being understaffed and busy. I get not being able to see a patient same day. But if I told a parent who called to get their child an appt, that a canker sore in their mouth was going to kill their child, I would be out of a job. Needless to say, we called a different locally owned vet, who were very relaxed, kind, and had time to listen to my concerns. My cat was seen today, and surprise, she is alive and well. She had cut her lip with her own claw and had a mild infection. Some antibiotics and she’ll be just fine.
Like I said I really considered not posting this and I rarely write a review, but I cannot get over the way I was spoken to, and the anxiety it gave me as a pet owner to be told my cats organs would shut down, and that despite me watching her eat with my own eyes, she couldn’t possibly be ok. Just so odd. I will not be returning to PV365 and am very happy with the new vet we have found.
