This location and company is the only place I’ll go to! My dog has anxiety and they have helped him tremendously with medications and have made him and I feel so good every visit. There has been a couple times he has gotten sick and they have brought him back to health so quickly and with insurance very cheap. My dog does not like a lot of places but he actually likes going to this vet location! 10/10 recommend.

If you want a vet who can diagnose your pet’s potential diseases, run far away from any Banfield. I took 2 out of my 3 dogs to different Banfield locations over the years. I am talking almost 17 years. My oldest dog received all his care at Banfield locations. The vets at this location failed to diagnose my dog’s cancer. Noah’s found his cancer once it was too late. On 2/24/26 we called this office because my dog threw up more than a dozen times in one hour. They found us an appointment and my husband dropped him off. A couple of hours later we were told he was fine and we could pick him up. My husband did not even make it 15 min down the road. My dog started vomiting blood. My husband called Banfield to see if they wanted him to drive our dog back. My husband was on hold for over 10 minutes. The vet said she did not think emergency care was necessary, because he was fine. She coldly said we could drive him back but they do not have an ultrasound machine and any testing would have to be sent out so we would know more in about 24 hours. That call was a huge waste of time and energy. We made the mistake to think the vet that had just seen my dog would care. But she treated us as if we were over reacting and he was “fine”. We knew something was not okay and took my dog to Noah’s. He was in the room waiting for about 5 minutes and he started pooping and vomiting blood. My dog was hospitalized for 3 days and 2 nights at Noah’s. The vets told us we took him in just at the right time because he was severely dehydrated and the condition my dog has is fatal if left untreated. The lack of common sense and ability to diagnose 2 of my pets with serious diseases caused us to make the decision to cancel our wellness plan. I thought it would be an easy process, that the company would apologize and I would just take my dog to another vet. Oh boy was I wrong. I reached out via their website and email for weeks. Their website states they will respond to messages within 48 business hours. They simply would not respond. I finally received a response once I sent a message on instagram saying I was canceling my credit card and leaving a bad review. Once costumer service reached out, they responded with a cold, rude email and did not offer an explanation or apology. I started reaching out requesting a cancellation on 2/25 and I was finally able to cancel my dogs plan on 3/10. I requested they “reply all” to my email since I had CCd my husband. The costumer service agent couldn’t even do that. I requested to not receive any further communication, they continue to text and email me about promotions and vaccine reminders. I made it very clear my animals will never be touched by their vets again. The day after I was finally able to cancel the plan, they texted and emailed me asking for a 5 star review after almost killing my dog! No one in their team had the decency to think “this person is mad, perhaps this text shouldn’t be sent”. It’s not so much that their vets and staff aren’t educated or bad vets. It’s simply that this company cares about numbers, they do not offer any explanations and they have so many dogs to take care of in one day. This means the staff cannot perform important tests or have any conversations with owners. They simply have no time to care. This kills pets. They kill pets. This place shouldn’t be called a vet office. They do not even have the equipment or staff to diagnose animals. It is a vaccine clinic. A very expensive vaccine clinic. My new vet diagnosed my dog with a heart murmur. Before we cancelled, we scheduled him for a dental cleaning. I am certain his murmur would have gone undiagnosed at Banfield. I am certain that if I had not cancelled his plan, my dog wouldn’t be here today. If you love your pet, keep them far away from this unethical company. Edit: There are numerous reviews about improper or lack of diagnosis at this location. The reviews go back years. Costumer care comments but no changes have been made to procedure or staff training. This company does not care.
