  I am extremely frustrated after today’s visit. I have been brining my dog Ramses here since I brought him home 2 1/2 years ago. We have the wellness plan, I spent about $23 a month in addition to his wellness plan to have his nails trimmed here, and that doesn’t include any additional money that I pay when things come up. I’ve personally spent over $250 in the last couple of months because he’s had ear infections. When I went in today to get his nails trimmed, I simply asked if they could take a peek into his ears and make sure that the antibiotic that he is on is working. It’s the way it’s supposed to. He’s been on it for about nine days and I wanted someone to tell me if it was working or not. I believe the young lady who was working the front desk’s name is Gray. She should not be working a customer facing position. Her customer skills are are terrible and she feels entitled to make snarky condescending remarks to people Or at least to me because she has done this every single interaction that she and I have had. She tells me that my dogs visit is only for a nail trim and then changes the subject and tries to tell me that my wellness plan payment bounced. I asked her when the withdrawal date was and she said today . It’s 8 AM. So I pull up my bank account and show her that it’s in there as a pending transaction and That there is more than enough money in my account for that payment to clear. Yet she continued to argue with me that it was showing bounced on her end. She was far more concerned about acting like a collection agent than helping me address the issue that I was concerned with by my dog was there. She finally takes my dog back after all of that. Only addressing the nail trim, of course. I don’t even think she asked anybody about looking into his ears. I will not continue interacting with this lady, I will change locations if I have to and if I have to do that and drive to another side of town to see a vet, then there’s no reason for me to continue to do business with Banfield when there’s plenty of veterinarians in Greenwood.

  Dr Hall and his team are amazing and they take great care of our 17.5 year old dog, and our two cats. One of them since she was an 8 week old kitten. He saved my dogs life and we are so grateful to have even more time with my old man ♡

  They worked quickly however I was assured it was am in room visit and he would not be separated from me(he is a service dog in training) but instead we were out in the store waiting area the whole time and he was taken back away from us. Never at any time was it an in room visit. This is the only very I've ever even heard of that doesn't allow you to stay with your animal while they are seen.

  I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at the Banfield Greenwood location. I’ve scheduled appointments for my pet multiple times, and the staff repeatedly calls to cancel them, often saying the doctor is running behind or unavailable. The staff has also been very rude and unhelpful, which makes an already stressful situation even worse. I also would not recommend Banfield’s wellness plans/insurance based on my experience. I’ve found that very little of what my pet actually needs is covered, despite paying for the plan. Because of the ongoing issues at the Greenwood location, I now have to take my pet all the way to the Avon location just to receive dependable care. I would not recommend the Greenwood Banfield location.
