    Love the veterinarian, and all her staff. My baby behaved well. The only reason I rated them a 4 was the miscommunication between Petco’s changing of the pet exam redemption and Vetco’s understanding that they no longer are including their clinic requirements.

    I’m only giving one star because zero isn’t an option. My experience with Dr. Z. Vangabird at the Vetco Clinic (1235 Indianapolis Blvd, Highland, IN) was utterly unacceptable. I was denied service—both for myself and my dog—because of racial discrimination. Over the phone, everything was fine until I showed up in person, where it became clear the refusal was rooted in bias. I had confirmed with another Vetco location that my dog was ready for the shot today—two weeks after her last one—yet Dr. Vangabird made excuses and refused the service. Now, I must travel out of state to get what should have been provided here. This clinic needs to be held accountable for their discrimination.
