  Always helpful and well stocked, they are gracious and put my large bag in the car all the time. They have everything your pet needs , dogs, cats, birds , fish, etc. they even sell 🦗 😃. clothes, bedding, leashes and harness range from every size and color. And if you are visiting don't forget to stock your pet 1st aid kit. You can go to Pinterest for ideas. My purchase has been a lifesaver for my dog.

  After going to few when I lived in Illinois, this Petco was the BEST!! Employees were friendly, helpful and the store was LOADED with pet merchandise!! This store changed my mind about shopping at Petco. Thank you, Highland, Indiana Petco!!

  I go here all the time to get my dogs nails done and what not and never had any issue with the staff as they’re usually so kind and caring. Went into today and got someone who doesn’t even seem to like dogs. Soul was her name. Heavily sighing the whole time, and just didn’t want to be there. On top of that, if you keep yanking at a dogs paws you can’t get mad when they try to get at you. I’ve never in my life has any issues with my dogs being aggressive in any form until she started working on them. I was there the whole time and it made me uncomfortable how forceful she was with one of my dogs especially. He fell off the table twice with the collar around his neck and she was mad at him for It.I had to tell her to stop cause he obviously was hurting when she doing it. That being said guess we will find somewhere else to go.

  Went into to this particular store Friday 6-12 looking to purchase some new fish. I am plan on starting up 4 new tanks to add to my collection. I have always bragged about how nice this location fish section was. Sadly, I was very disappointed! There were several fish that had visible diseases, and plenty of dead fish floating in the tanks. And! The workers were just spilling the tea instead of caring for the tanks. Truly sad to see the location changed that quick! Use to be a good place to get fish in Memphis.

  The employees are so friendly and welcoming! The store is always clean and the items I go for are always in stock!
