  The gentleman in the front, Chris was the best and had exceptional customer service! He was super friendly and showed my dog so much love. Definitely made our visit worth it

  This is the second year that I have taken my dog to get her yearly shots here. I really appreciate the ease of setting the appointment and the promptness of the staff. The store was clean, the staff were friendly, and my wait time was maybe five minutes. The pricing for the shots are significantly lower than going to an actual clinic, which is also a plus if shots are the only thing your animal needs.

  Did not have the best service when I visited them yesterday, I have a 4 gallon tank that I really wanted to put something in. We have a 2 gallon tank that we’ve had for a few months now. We have filters and we have heaters we test our water with test strips. But I was told no I couldn’t get any fish but a beta. I didn’t want a beta And they gave us no other option. Not even one fish for a 4 gallon tank that’s been running with perfect pH levels for a week? I was just gonna leave, but then I asked for a manager cause I was upset, She just reiterated what the clerk told me. So I left with nothing. Meanwhile, I did notice a lot of dead fish in their tanks. Just floating around.. Sad. Then I want to Noah’s Ark, And the staff there was so nice to me and so helpful. They gave me so many options because they had so much more knowledge. I felt that that staff had more enthusiasm to actually sell me something. So I left there so happily with our new fish! I highly recommend Pet stores that leave Their customers with a good experience when leaving their stores. Big chains like Petco have too much other responsibilities, such as dog grooming and selling hamsters and parakeets and I think they’re not trained correctly. They don’t have any experts there so stick with smaller chain companies, Where they really do care. The owner can respond to further review how they take their matters serious and have a protocol on the sale of live fish but I feel that they lost a customer, because I could have left with ONE fish. I am an animal lover, I do understand the requirements owning a fish tank, so I won’t be calling….i just won’t shop there.
