  WARNING FISH KEEPERS, All fish from this location are in extremely poor health. Expect every disease known to fish, ick, fungus, clamp fin wasting disease, they have it all. Almost impossible to keep alive. I recommend the Ark or Terry's for healthy fish.

  Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had in my 40 years of pet parenting. Rude staff. Inforned us only at arrival that our 30 lb cat needed to be in a carrier. We tried to purchase one. Completely refused to help me reach a carrier high up that would fit him. The jerk at the front sent my husband to the clinic to ask even though she knew what they would say. . They refused to see him because he wasn't transported to the place in a carrier. Clinic does not mention you need a carrier for cats. This is a 30 pound Norwegian Forest cat who is terrified of carriers due to multiple rehomes. We are his 4th home longest home since 2023. He is 6 years old. I've not seen pet prejudice in a pet store. They allow dogs to come in on a leash, but not cats. Dogs jump on people, shove their noses in your privates, are often eye level with children. I have been jumped on by many dogs in pet stores. I'm nice to them. It's their nsture. Cat's nature is to cling to their human for comfort. If they don't know this, how can I trust them with my cat's heakth? They are incredibly prejudiced against cats. He was completely calm in his towel in my husband's arms. I will NEVER again purchase anything from Prejudiced Petco.
