Unfortunately, the information we receive from the front desk seems to change every time we call. The reception staff has not been very helpful, and the communication has been frustrating. I would not recommend coming here just for nail trims. It is not worth waiting two weeks only to be given different information each time. We currently have family in the hospital and do not have time to waste trying to get our dogās nails clipped. The entire process has been very inconvenient and disappointing.

- AHAmber HalonMar 21, 20261.0Just got off the phone with the lady at the front desk. My cat has been in kidney failure for awhile now and sheās gotten worse. Not eating, going to the bathroom, etc. I told them my concerns and think it might be that time for her. The receptionist said she has to get additional testing and imaging cause they donāt put pets down for no reason. Mind you we were there a week ago and the vet told us there wasnāt anything more we could do. She literally told me to take her to Cross Roads ācause they will put anything down for no reason.ā Thatās so unprofessional especially when your pet is a part of your family and youāve been watching her suffer. Itās not like Iām trying to get rid of a problem. Iāve taken care and loved her for 15 years. Iām still floored that she said that. Please think twice before taking your fur babies here. No compassion. Especially when itās a decision no one ever wants to make.
