  Dr A is the best! She treats our cat like he’s her own. Always transparent with treatment. Nice staff. We’ve been going here for many years.

  Just got off the phone with the lady at the front desk. My cat has been in kidney failure for awhile now and she’s gotten worse. Not eating, going to the bathroom, etc. I told them my concerns and think it might be that time for her. The receptionist said she has to get additional testing and imaging cause they don’t put pets down for no reason. Mind you we were there a week ago and the vet told us there wasn’t anything more we could do. She literally told me to take her to Cross Roads “cause they will put anything down for no reason.” That’s so unprofessional especially when your pet is a part of your family and you’ve been watching her suffer. It’s not like I’m trying to get rid of a problem. I’ve taken care and loved her for 15 years. I’m still floored that she said that. Please think twice before taking your fur babies here. No compassion. Especially when it’s a decision no one ever wants to make.

  I could not give a five star review, On Friday, I took my 19 year-old cat in for a wellness check because he had a seizure. I’ve had him since he was a baby, I’ve been taking him in every month or two, but Friday was the worst. He was blind. Deaf, was puking and soiling himself.. I didn’t know what to do, The doctor convinced me to take him home. She gave me her opinion that if it was her, she would take him home. I felt guilty that I wanted to put him out of his misery by euthanizing him so I listen to her. We got home and he continued to have seizures until he couldn’t move. I kept calling the vet back hysterically until he had one last seizure and passed away. I think she made the wrong call. We shouldn’t had had gone through that she gave me false. Realistically, he should’ve been euthanized in a very compassionate manner. I cannot ever return there again. My heart is broken. I saw him go through something that was horrifying. As a business owner myself, I gave them a two star review, but I do believe the doctor needs to be more compassionate with dying animals 💔

  The doctor is wonderful! She patiently answers question and shows a desire to help treat the pet and not her wallet.

  After taking our pet there for 10 years we had an emergency visit needed on a Saturday they were open but wouldn’t make an apt for her. Said to bring her back sometime next week. My baby was hurting and I couldn’t stand to see her hurting all weekend. So after calling some friends found a vet just as close that although they were full because our pet was in need made apt that day. They were great I advise everyone to to to Glenn Park they care about animals there
