I have been shopping at the store for alot of years. I bought an aquarium for my granddaughter and they have helped out so many times with which fish and snails are nice to have. I take my water in to have it checked and that is the best thing. The reptile, birds, fish tanks and all the other animals are kept so clean. I would recommend going there for all your purchases.

Great help from the staff, a young lady. Sadly, I don’t remember her name. I was trying to fit a halter for my 22 pound Doodle and she was gracious enough to help me. You have a New customer!!

Was very excited to visit the store today! We were hoping to start purchasing items for a tank. However, the female employee with blue hair was not friendly at all. In fact, she made our party feel as if she was talking to us like we were stupid and/or wasting her time asking her for help. In addition, we were in the store for at least 30 minutes & she never came to see if we needed anything. We were quite disappointed and off-put with our encounter with this specific employee. Besides that, the store looked great and we were excited to make a large purchase. After our run in with her, we just decided to put our items back & leave . We were so hoping for a better experience. :(

The quality here is horrible. I have bought, we're going to looms that died before I could even think about feeding them to my dragon. Most of their live bugs are basically little bowls of death, not recommended.
