I later called to schedule an appointment and I was Informed that my dog had been referred out and could not be seen there anymore. I was unhappy that I was paying for services that I did not receive. I will not be referring anyone to Petco!

I had to get my dogs nails trimmed which were overdue and he was a few days late on his rabies shot so they would not take him absolutely ridiculous. and yet again, I went there to get my dogs shots so he was up-to-date and then I go to the counter to get his nails clipped and they said that I have to wait 24 hours before he can get his nails clipped. Don’t people know that gas prices are so expensive right now we can’t afford to keep going back-and-forth for things like this. I am very disappointed. I will definitely not be going back to Petco. well, since they can’t take criticism and try to help a customer with a problem, they have banned me from this store. Is this ridiculous or what PetSmart here I come not very good customer service at Petco.
