I called and they argued with me on the phone saying they couldn't do anything. I have yet to be refunded for food i never picked up and they cannot find. AVOID THIS PETCO AT ALL COSTS!

She did an amazing job grooming my pomeranian, and my pomeranian loves Ashley, he was kissing her repeatedly, just an extremely happy boy today, and he doesn't have any cuts, nicks or burns on him as has happened in the past. She really did an outstanding job and I highly recommend Ashley at Petco for your grooming needs.

I later called to schedule an appointment and I was Informed that my dog had been referred out and could not be seen there anymore. I was unhappy that I was paying for services that I did not receive. I will not be referring anyone to Petco!
