  The vet and vet tech gave us multiple treatment options for us to choose and we’re transparent about pricing throughout the visit. We were able to make a decision based on thorough explanation and consideration of cost. I feel that our cat was supported and well taken care of during our visit.

  Everyone is friendly but it takes sooooo long to be seen. The first time I waited over an hour to be seen and I decided to give it another chance, both times just coming in for vaccines, no issues. Second time I wanted over 30 minutes and I was in a rush that second time. Second thing is this office fee that is a scam lol. Don’t feel like that is necessary just for vaccines.

  Place deserves 0 stars. Went in here with my puppy I just got who’s 5 months old. Told the vet she has a little rash on her belly due to being allergic to grass and I don’t want to worry about that and I will handle it and just to give her the shots. This place left my dog in a cage for 7 hrs and didn’t even see her until I came in complaining. Finally grabbed her for me told me she has a rash on her belly and they can’t do the shots today and charged me $120. Wouldn’t let me have my dog back until I paid.

  This was the worst experience with a vet I have ever had. I booked my appointment online, cancelled because of their online system not being accurate, so that’s appointment ONE cancelled. I book again and confirm by calling, get halfway there call to confirm again and book cancelled again because of the inaccuracy of the website, that’s appointment TWO cancelled. Final time I call and book my appointment because what could go wrong if I book through the phone and an actual worker, I get to the appointment 6 minutes late due to traffic being awful, they then explain i’ve missed HALF my appointment already because I was late and they can’t take my cat at this time. I explain traffic was bad and try to make them understand this is the third appointment that would be cancelled of mine with them. They tell me there’s nothing they can do and I was late so what can they do. I ask if there’s anyway they could help me out since I live 30 minutes away and this is my second driving that was wasted. They tell me no and proceed to ask me if i’d like to book another appointment, that’s gotta be a joke right? I asked if she was serious and walked out.
