  So, the assistants were very nice! I will say of course 5 appointments can be overwhelming. The vet although was immensely rude, she was extremely unprofessional and did not at all know how to handle dogs who are anxious about shots. It seemed like we had to calm her down if anything, it was super odd. Our big girl mango was anxious and she almost denied her stating her eyes seemed scared. Like of course she has fear lol, she is getting a shot? The assitants seemed way more educated than Dr. Nancy Boedeker, they came up with the plan to hide me as the mama to ease her anxiety. The vet was about to turn us away and did not at all value our time. Thankfully they did give our 3rd out of 5 dogs a shot. This is where the unprofessional part came in, we did our part and waiting in line even though we booked our appointments for all 5 of our babies. The vet turned down our last one and stated she is done taking pets and will be going home. I explained how we had an appointment and waited our turn even though three people were seen during our scheduled appointments... they took three dogs before us. We drove over an hour already had our last boys intake down which in itself took way too long. And she demanded to go home? After we drove an hour and were on our last scheduled one. Im beyond upset that a vet did not value our time or money and didn't formally apologize herself and had to have her assistants come tell us while we had our dog waiting for his shot that she will not be seeing them. They apologized for her but wow I will never return to this one. This experience made me never ever want to go there again. Please reevaluate the care these vets have and if they are qualified to give these babies shots. This lady seemed very inexperienced and anxious and uneducated, and on top of all of that dismissive. It is not a great look. BUT I want to highlight the assistants. They were fantastic and professional. I would of trusted them to give the shots over Dr. Nancy Boedeker. Also at the bottom is the proof of our appointments and the two boys kini and toto that apparently "were not scheduled" even though they definitely were.

  I love this location(96) Street . My dog’s groomer is Bri. She’s absolutely great with my Frenchie! She explained everything about the de-shedding complete wash and it changed my life. Friendly staff and very informative. Thank you Petco!

  They staff is extremely knowledgeable and kind. They don't rush you in finding your products, or your newest family member.
