  Appointment was great. Just getting hit with extra fees when I stated at the appointment I’d bring in the sample a few days later and I asked if there would be a charge because I wanted and needed to pay all expenses for the visit in one transaction. Today the lady just says 30. I say, 30 what? And of course it was a $30 fee I had inquired about. She refused to check with the veterinarian so I’m not sure what’s going on except the actual appointment day was absolutely great (the difference between going on a Saturday and being listened to instead of just barking out “30.”

  Good people. They do good work. My only problem with them is they never answer the phone. How am I supposed to schedule an appointment over voicemail? Most of the time when they call back, im doing something. Then cant get an answer back. Please work on this.

  He has Been With me On 2 or 3 of my Dogs over the years Great Vet and Person All the Staff are Great Also .
