  There is such a sweet and friendly young cashier that works at the WoodDale Petco. She tries her best to answer questions, and if she doesn't know the answer, she will go out of her way find someone who can help. Customer Service is great at this store!

  On June 05 I bought 5 fishes and a very helpful lady helped me out very kind and she told me if one of those died just bring it and we will give you another one. That same day one of the fishes died and on June 6th I brought the dead fish in and another worker name Sarah she helped to get another one but she was so hostile since the beginning and she charged me for the fish no warranty although I brought the dead fish as I was told and she was very rude. So I just paid for the for the fish but I just think that this type of people just make clients not want to go back.

  I've been a customer of this petco for over 6 years and I dont think i will be back. There is this blonde haired women with glasses that I see almost every time I shop she made me and my child feel very uncomfortable and unwelcome .. the last 2 times we shopped she was watching us as if we were going to steal .Today we get up to the register and as im putting my things on the counter she looks at my daughter as says are you gonna pay for that So I look at her and say pay for what ? She agin looks at my daughter and says tht pillow you have around your neck mind you my daughter had already removed the item before she even said anything.. I had bedding and a few other items tht weren't nessesitys I put back ... have 3 animals and spend good money here so im dumbfounded as to why we are being treated like criminals i wont spend a dime here anymore save your money go to elmhurst.
