  Went in to get my dog's anual rabies vaccine. Asked my dog to have a muzzle but I've never put a muzzle on my dog. He also gets groomed at this location as well no issue. Muzzle wouldn't stay on and couldn't even get him checked in. My dog yes is a nervous around people he doesnt know but he has never bit anyone. The employee djdnt even try to have the dog warm up to her. She seemed new. The older lady with her wasn't even better.They then ask that I purchase a muzzle since the one they had didnt wouldn't stay on. I'm done with this place and there employees. I have very limited time and they wasted it. First the grooming service has declined and now this.

  We brought our kitten in for her next checkup here. We waited almost half an hour to be seen. When we finally were checked in and took her up the table to begin her examination and shots, she was handled so roughly! They held her down so hard to the point where she was borderline yelping. I was beyond mad!! The vet (if she even is one) said she was so feral because of how young she was, but as soon as we grabbed her to hold her she was calm as can be! At another point the harness on her the vet was pulling so hard, it began choking her. I am beyond upset with my experience here. DO NOT TAKE YOUR ANIMAL TO THIS LOCATION! Care of the animals needs to be investigated, these “Vets” need their licenses taken away and the clinic portion that you pop into needs to be shut down!

  The groomers at this location are the absolute sweetest. They are incredibly patient and calm making our girls wash comfortable as can be.

  West Dundee location - Best store location!! Clean, organized, extremely knowledgeable and helpful staff. Just got a new kitten. They offered suggestions on care, good items to buy. Explained their pet program, the benefits of joining (which I did). I left feeling great and my kitty enjoyed himself there with the staff. Second visit was even better. Again great helpful customer service. The gal working offered me their coupon book and saved me some money by using two coupons on my purchase. LOVE THIS STORE. Great customer service!!!!!
