Seem to be knowledgeable and definitely handle the pets well, but they lack courtesy and basic customer service manners - especially the lady behind the counter. Always seems like we are annoying her when asking basic questions. Really frustrating. Also last time we were there for blood work they ran additional tests a few days later without our knowledge and charged our credit card $70 without our consent or knowledge. Edited from 3 to 1 star after reading owner response. Discourteous and full of malicious lies. I stand by my original statement that we were never contacted about additional tests or charges, and never approved (or even notified about) a $70 fee (which also was never removed despite what they said.) Sad to see this place unable to own up to their actions.
