I booked a grooming with Diaria only to find out that she wasn’t even at work. Turns out she had stepped out “to run errands for the store” an hour and a half prior and still wasn’t back. But not only that, she actually said she didn’t even have the time to do the grooming since she was supposed to leave at 5 pm. The other woman helping me was talking on the phone to Diaria letting me know that she was refusing to take the appointment despite it being confirmed and me having left work early for this. She still wasn’t even back by the time I left around 3:15. I would have understood if she was late, but still took the appointment however the other employee mentioned she had no appointments that afternoon so I have a feeling she was just getting paid to work while not actually working.
