Updated: Until today I have not received any apologies for being treated differently & discriminated. I have a video of the disrespect I had to endure that day, so I will go forward with this matter. 👎🏽👎🏽 First and last time trying to get this type of service with people that aren’t trained to work properly with dogs and to confront any type of misunderstandings. Like I said, extremely unprofessional. Like saying “I give you the service depending on how much I like you “. Horrible experience, wasted my morning, got there at 9:50 am and left around 10:59am not to mention the emotional distress it caused me! I hold accountable Sarah, the blonde tall woman that didn’t want to give me her name & DR. K. ATYEO, DVM. Extremely rude, disrespectful and unprofessional.

I scheduled an appointment for my dog on Wednesday, April 23rd at 6:45pm. When we got there, we were rushed and told they were about to close in 15 minutes. The girl at the front was frustrated and basically refused to help us. She has us for shot records and we told her we could pull them up on our phone and she said she didn’t have time to wait. So we basically didn’t get seen and was pushed to reschedule for another day. I will never use VETCO at the South Elgin location again. Very disappointed in the care they show for animals and the respect to customers. I will book with Cleveland veterinary clinic, where I know my dog will be cared for and welcomed.
