  Our experience with DR. MOHAN is the reason for the two-star review. Banfield should NOT employ a veterinarian of this caliber, particularly when her lack of clinical judgment had real painful consequences for our animal in her care. The appointment felt extremely rushed, and Dr. Mohan did not examine Pogue in front of us which we did not appreciate at all. That made the entire interaction feel impersonal. We told her we suspected Pogue had a UTI, and she IMMEDIATELY cut us off. Instead of asking additional questions or investigating further, Dr. Mohan solely focused on the fact that we left her water bowl down and told us to take it away because she was drinking too much before we could even explain the other symptoms, and the way she responded made us feel like we were STUPID or somehow at fault. Pogue is not our first puppy.. We brought Pogue back to Banfield today after continuing to insist something was wrong, and she **DOES HAVE A UTI**. She has likely been in pain from this infection for over two weeks since our original appointment. If Pogue develops complications such as kidney stones or a more serious infection because her UTI went untreated for over two weeks, we would hold Dr. Mohan entirely responsible for that outcome. We brought our concerns to her, and she chose to dismiss them rather than properly investigate them. We were also told today that Dr. Mohan is essentially a filler veterinarian who primarily sees wellness appointments. Given our experience, if Banfield is aware of concerns with her approach, as the reaction to hearing her name seemed to suggest, I genuinely question why she is still seeing patients. Her dismissive attitude and clinical judgment are what ultimately turned us sour on this location. To be fair, the front desk staff today were absolutely amazing and very helpful. However, after having to return for testing and treatment for an issue we had already raised, it would have been nice for Banfield to acknowledge the situation and make some effort to make it right...
