From the moment we arrived, the staff was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely caring. They treated Apple with so much patience and kindness, which immediately made me feel comfortable leaving her in their care. Apple had her wellness exam, vaccinations, and nail trim, and the entire visit went smoothly. I especially appreciated how the staff communicated with me and made sure I understood everything regarding her care. They even called afterward to check on her, which really impressed me and showed that they truly care about their patients beyond the appointment. Finding a veterinary team that you trust with your fur babies is important, and I felt very comfortable with the care Apple received here. We will definitely be returning with Apple and my other dogs. I highly recommend the Shorewood Vetco Total Care team! 🐾❤️

Absolutely wasted my time coming here when my puppy needs his shots and no workers there are of ANY help, clueless on what is going on with anything. Will most likely never come back here at this location ever again. If I can give absolutely no stars I would.

They were very good from the beginning, very thorough explaining how everything would go. I was so nervous for her recovery but it has been great, she's eatting wet food and drinking like a champ, pain seems very minimal if at all. Thank you for taking care of my baby❤️
