- JSJennifer StrangeApr 20, 20261.0Took my dog in for a wash, booked it online like I normally do cost stated online was $45. when I showed up to pick my dog up I was getting charged $20 more because there was a premium charge for breeds with long hair, my dog had short hair as the minute it gets long it gets matted, Shalynn stated she could actually charge more if she wanted to, what does that even mean? you go to a place with a cost in mind for the services you need and to get there and be surprised with an extra charge is ridiculous! she continuously said she could charge me whatever she wanted, and she was nice enough not tot charge me for caging her after the service and for her not taking a break? what?! then the manager was there and absolutely sided with her, how is this possible? I ended up going back and forth with the manager whom was very loud and ended up removing the extra charge removed. TERRIBLE PLACE, groomers always feel they are doing you a favor when in reality you are paying for a service! ALL ARE VERY RUDE!
