- ANAshlee NicoleSep 2, 20263.0My son and I went in there recently to buy isopods for our bioactive tank and when we got home, there were no isopods in one container and one dead one in the other. When I called to speak to a manager about it, my number was taken, but nobody called me back. And then went in the next day and I was told basically that they don’t offer refunds or exchanges. I understand it’s very hard to prove something like that but they should back their products they sell in the store. That was $20 down the drain for absolutely nothing. Other than that the associates were all extremely friendly, which is why they’re getting a three.
