    I love the vet who is in the clinic as well as the rest of the staff. They are so kind and gentle with the animals. They do everything to help them relax through the visit including the spray peanut butter or cheese.

    I didn't know this was a vaccination clinic only. Dexter Bernard had issues that I wanted to discuss like his ears. He had been to a vet 2 times where I paid altogether over a total of $600 for the 2 visits for exam and medication for a yeast infection I was told he had the first visit which the vet put drops in his ears and I went home without anything, and when I took him back the second time I was told it was a bacterial infection in his ears and the Prednisone & ear flush I took home with me have not helped. He still shaking his head. I was thinking he could get help here, but I was told it is just a vaccination clinic and I didn't say he didn't have any issues because I was never asked about any illness he has although his paperwork said he was examined which he was not. Everything was checked as being ok. I'm very upset because I have spent this money and he still have this issues with his ears. Very heartbreaking when I hear him shaking his head which is often.

    3 months later and over $250 and my chi still has worms. Wormer is not effective. Customer service did not help!
