  I came here yesterday because I made the mistake of buying the complete wrong things for my betta fish after doing my research. The Cashier who helped me named Ace, was super kind and willing to walk me through the whole store and help me buy everything I needed, He recommended me what was best for my fish, including the tank, food, plants, and decor. He also helped me get signed up for a Petco membership, which was super helpful! I don't think I'd be able to provide the best care for my fish if it wasn't for Ace's help!

  Muy mala experiencia la persona que me ayudó se vió muy rasista y no quiso vender unos pescados porque según el los pescados necesitan un tanque más grande le dije que compraría uno más grande y aún Haci no me los quiso vender yo vi que lo que no quería Hera trabajar y sacarlos de la pecera pero más lo ví rasista

  Picked up a 60 gallon rimless cube tank and Chris was extremely helpful! He was very understanding and he also helped me load the tank onto my car. Great clean store!

  If you are planning on buying animals here, especially birds, please don’t. Not only are their birds sick 90% of the time, but when you buy them, they will tell you that you have a one month warranty and that if your bird shows any signs of illness, you can bring them in and they will take them to “their vet”. Then when your bird is sick and you come in for the warranty you were promised, they’ll just blame you for the bird being sick and say they can’t do anything about it. If you try and get a replacement, again they’ll just blame you. We have had 4 birds: 2 from this petco and 2 from elsewhere. The only two we had problems with were from this location. Not worth the heartbreak.
