From the moment we walk in, the love, patience, and professionalism are unmatched. His team member Jay is absolutely excellent as well and always takes such amazing care of my baby, Kashmir. What makes them so special is that they genuinely treat your pet like family. Both Jordan and Jay have become family to us. They are kind, knowledgeable, patient, and take their time with every pet they groom. And trust me, my Yorkie Kashmir is definitely a handful, but Jordan handles him with so much care, compassion, and understanding. It’s rare to find people who truly love and care about what they do, and it shows in every interaction. Kashmir always comes home looking handsome, feeling comfortable, and most importantly, loved. I’m beyond grateful for them both!
