  I give a one star rating to Sydney This is the second time she has bailed on a nail trim for my Corgi. I was supposed to have a simple nail trim wednesday at 5.30pm which we booked together over the phone. I show up and everyone went home at 5pm even though I have a text confirming the 5.30pm appointment. The kind store manager Jordan called Sydney up on Wednesday to get me rescheduled for today, friday at 5.30pm (the earliest I can do because I work until 5pm) I show up today as fast as I could before 5.30pm and low and behold the groomers is closed once again, and now 2 kind store associates seemed disappointed in this as well have taken my name and number. At this point I dont care anymore im not wasting my time fool me once, fool me twice type of situation.

  I returned a parakeet 40 days after purchasing it, even though the store’s return policy for live animals is 30 days. I wasn’t expecting a full refund, but I hoped the store would be willing to work with me to find a reasonable solution, such as offering store credit or another option. Instead, they simply took the bird back without providing any compensation at all. I am very disappointed with how this situation was handled. Good customer service means trying to help customers, especially when they are acting responsibly. Unfortunately, this store showed no flexibility or willingness to find a fair solution. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this specific location.
