Took my dog for some shots. Not really sure what the point of having an appointment is if they take too long. We had to wait like 30m just to check in and another 40m for my dog to get her shot. They should have a better system to make the flow better.

all the employees were super sweet except the guy named diante working register he was playing videos games on his phone while checking me out and honestly that’s really disrespectful

Excellent service with 2 employee's searching for additional cardboard litter boxes that are extremely hard to locate. Petco is the only store that carries this and I'm thrilled you carry them. Thank you!!!

I bought a Halloween costume online and went into the store to exchange the size because the large was not true to size and needed a size up when I went to the store, the cashier told me I needed to pay more for the exchange, even though it was the same item. She tried to tell me because the size was larger that it cost more, but as I instructed and pointed to the tag all the prices worth the same and regardless, it was just an exchange frustrated and not willing to go back to this store I’ll stick to PetSmart where the exchanges are easy and the customer service is better
