He just had surgery from a specialist that recommended he go back to his vet his actual vet as he’s having some very serious symptoms involving a large loss of blood that could possibly be very bad. I called and Brooke answered about this emergency and she basically brushed me off because they can’t fit him in regardless of us being at this vet for several years and it being an emergency. She was absolutely not willing to try to fit him in at all or have any other suggestion except for go take him to an emergency vet or find someone else. The lack of empathy shown, as well as the root behavior really left a bad taste in my mouth. I will be pursuing this further and escalating to your corporate office. Nadine, the manager… You better find some better employees because this one is going make a lot of people angry with her attitude. I literally called saying and it was emergency and this is his regular vet. I will absolutely be finding another veterinarian office. What horrible behavior. This isn’t my first occurrence with this Banfield. If you care about your pet take them somewhere else.

Swears at the front desk in front of customers and makes me really worried about what is happening to my pet behind closed doors. Very non - professional and hostile and no customer service skills. I left feeling like I had left a butcher shop. The rest of the team like the doc and vet tech were nice. I feel bad they work with such an unpleasant person! Had to reword my review since they probably have filters on what you can say and my review kept getting removed. Wow!

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
What kind of appointment do I have?
• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
• Optimum Wellness Plans® Virtual Visits: If you have an Optimum Wellness Plan and scheduled a Virtual Visit, you’ll save valuable time and get quality care from the comfort of your home.
