ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE! From the moment we walked in, the receptionist, nurse, and doctor were all incredibly kind, informative, and patient. They took such great care of my pup, and it truly showed. My pup's had a few rough experiences at the emergency vet and at Bremen Animal Hospital, so seeing him treated with genuine compassion and gentleness meant everything. This team helped rebuild his trust and made the entire visit stress‑free for both of us. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a vet who truly cares.

This location at Hunter's Green in Tampa fl. Dr Amir Ibrahim is a real asset to this location, he takes the time to listen and interact with the owner regarding treatments As the owner of a 9 year old rescued Corgi and the treatment advice given by him, she in now acting like a young puppy. Thank you Dr Ibrahim

My mom brought her very sick cat to this location after seeing several other vets she brought in the medication that was prescribed by a previous vet she also brought in all the paperwork from a previous vet Banfields vet did not test for thyroid which my mom told them he had a thyroid issue they only placed him on a prescription food a week later I convinced mom to bring the cat to my vet where she was told he was lucky to still be alive he was then placed on thyroid meds along with an antibiotic and another med on top of giving him a B12 shot 24 hours later and he was already making huge improvements. Banfield refuses to reimburse her for their wellness plan even though she only went once and they almost killed her cat.

Worst place ever. Prescription for the wrong food, highest price prescription food, of course. Not diagnosed properly. I know this because I took my baby to a cat specialist after that. Banfield Vet recommended a CT scan, again, an expensive test, when the other Vet felt his thyroid and immediately said he was prescribed wrong food, and said he needs a thyroidectomy. Banfield refuses a refund, even though my kitty’s life was at risk. DO NOT get their annual plan, because when they mess up, and you want a refund, it will NOT happen. I paid 6 months in advance, and they will be automatically deducting from my bank every month after that 6 months, totaling 12 months. Corporate is useless. IF YOU LOVE YOUR PET, DO NOT TAKE THEM HERE. On top of this, Banfield will respond to this with a rubber stamped response.

I took my Baby to a different location because I found how he had a tick. Now this is my first pet and I just brought the 6 month for the inceptors. If they would told to get that one to include the tick, my baby wouldn’t got it. Waste money. Not taking my pet back there: I was told to sell it lol by someone at that location
