Cashier girl was super rude and had an attitude. She made us feel like we were bothering her and what she was preoccupied with and ruined her day by asking for assistance. Very unkempt and not professional.

The Outward Hound Luckin Layers toy kept my dog busy for awhile which was great. And the girl in the store that helped me find it was so nice.

I brought my dog in because I couldn’t get an appointment with my regular groomer. I had all shot records including his rabies number from the rescue. The women behind the counter needed to verify his rabies shot with the vet. I have no problem with that but will all the info in front of her she was unable to verify the tag. While she was on the phone I kept telling her many times that the tags would be under the rescue name not mine. I even told her to give her the tag number to verify. She did neither, ended the call with the vet and refused to groom the dog. Which I’m glad because after that I wouldn’t let these people cut my grass. My advice is to employ more competent people.

I am absolutely appalled by the unprofessional, dishonest, and discriminatory treatment my dog, Rocki, and I received at this grooming salon. Rocki has been coming to this location for 3 years. But this was my first engagement with Nicole and Rachel ( both white women) I scheduled an appointment a week in advance. When I arrived, a groomer named Nicole told me my dog’s virtual records would be sufficient. Once I showed them to her, she flipped her story and said they weren't. My vet wasn't open yet to fax a certificate, so I explicitly told Nicole I was driving 5 minutes down the road to my house to grab the hard copy and would be right back. While driving home, I received a text: "Sorry we missed you." Nicole canceled my appointment the second I walked out the door. When I called for clarity, Nicole claimed she "did not feel comfortable" working with me ( a black women) due to the "back and forth." When I asked what back and forth, she lied and said I never told her I was coming back. She flat-out refused to service my dog. I asked for a supervisor, and Rachel joined the call. Rachel showed zero accountability or customer empathy. Despite me explaining that I was literally on my way back with the paperwork for an appointment I kept, she said there was "nothing she could do" and refused to honor my slot, only offering to reschedule for next week. Nicole lied to cover up a premature cancellation, used coded language ("uncomfortable") to deny service over a minor paperwork mix-up, and the manager enabled it. Avoid this stylist and this supervisor if you expect honesty, basic customer service, or fair treatment. Management needs to address the severe bias and lack of professionalism in this salon immediately.
