  I brought my 4 month old pup here for his vaccines and deworming, the appointment seemed smooth and they had taken my pup to the back to be examined by the veterinarian. She came back and discussed with me how he seemed okay and to bring him back for his boosters. I brought up concerns of worms in his stool to the vet technician who had seen him before the vet and to the vet herself. She described which worms they were EXACTLY, and what medications to treat them. I left feeling happy and hopeful. A week later my dog is still passing worms in his stool I call to schedule a deworming and they don’t have anything for another week. I book the nearest spot available, I had also dropped off a fecal sample the day prior. They informed me they were closed Tuesday so I should recieve the results on Wednesday. Fast forward to the Wednesday of the upcoming appointment the next Thursday they cancel my appointment because there is no vet. I decided to book at another location after this as I do not want my dog getting worse. To my suprise they review my dogs records and find that the deworming medication she gave him was not suitable nor would work for the worms he had! The worst part was I also received a missed call from this location the same wednesday, two mins later I called back thinking it was his fecal results. They said it was an accident and I never heard anything. My dog had giardia and tapeworms, the vet nor clinic ever reached out or called again to discuss these results with me. I took my dog to the Clybourn location, the veterinarian there answered all my questions throughly, examined my puppy in front of me, and administered the correct medication all in front of me. Not taken to the back where I see nothing until my pup is brought back to me. This experience was incredibly frustrating with the rescheduling, not getting my results, and my pup not getting the medication he should’ve had July 1st.

  I always have such a good experience when I bring my dog for check-up’s. The staff makes the entire experience quick and stress-free. From the front desk staff to Khalyl who is always incredibly helpful, friendly, and makes our nervous pup comfortable.
