She should come come clean & without the excessive amount of loose hair. This is a rare occurrence. Clearly some groomers care more for the pets than others.

It’s been more than two months and nothing has arrived. I’ve reached out several times, and every time I either get a different explanation or I’m asked to keep waiting with no clear resolution. Now they’re saying it may take up to two additional months just to confirm whether the check will even be issued. That’s unacceptable. The lack of communication, accountability, and basic customer service is extremely frustrating. I would strongly advise others to think twice before shopping here, because if something goes wrong, don’t expect a timely or fair response.
