  It's always a good trip to Petco, with a great selection of things and a solid loyalty program. One employee, Dom (?), stands out for their great attitude and for setting immaculate vibes.

  When I went to the store, staff were initially unable to locate my order and directed me to call customer service. Upon calling, customer service was able to view the order online, but when I requested to speak with a supervisor, I was placed on hold and ultimately disconnected. Calling back resulted in the same issue intentionally. Fun fact they were customer service I watched them pick up the phone outside the store and play this game. Following this, i went to their online chatbot to cancel my order and informed me that I would need to replace it. However, the refund will take up to five days to process. To ensure I received the items, I had to purchase them in-store at a higher price because the store refused to honor the original online discount. So refused a supervisor, 1 hour on fake customer service line and I had to pay more for the same products and had to pick them myself when this was supposed to be an easy online pick up order. Zero stars if I could. Never purchasing from petco again.

  The young lady at the register was so friendly and helpful. I started going to this location because it has Rx foods but I go back because of the staff.

  A few months ago, I left some constructive feedback regarding my moms experience with Vetco at Petco North Riverside. I believe that if I’m willing to provide constructive feedback when it’s warranted, I should be just as willing to give positive feedback when it’s deserved. And the experience we received since absolutely deserves recognition. I want to personally thank Dr. Moskowitz, Daniel, Khalyl W., Chris L., and the entire team for the care, patience, and compassion they have shown my mom, Evelyn, and her cat, Jogie. Managing Jogie’s diabetes and insulin has been a stressful process, but this team has really worked with us to get his glucose and insulin under control. Their communication, follow-up, and genuine concern for Jogie have made such a difference. They’ve also taken the time to make sure we understand what to watch for and how to properly care for him at home. Most importantly, my mom feels like Jogie is genuinely cared for, and that means everything to our family. My mom Evelyn and Jogie truly appreciate the love and care you’ve shown them. ❤️🐾 Thank you, Dr. Moskowitz, Daniel, Khalyl, Chris, and the entire Petco North Riverside team. Great care deserves to be recognized, and I’m very happy to be able to share this positive experience.
