  I always shopped in Petco, my previous dog lived for almost 16 years, and now my dog is 8. But recently I find Petco useless: all things I used to buy are not there any more: alphabet treat, small bones treats, etc. There is no Simpatrika, no this, no that. I probably will not come to your store any more.

  THE NEW GROOMERS SUCK. They cancelled our appointment on Monday saying they “were too busy”. Don’t they have their time planned out? They cancelled the day of btw. We rescheduled for Wednesday. We call saying we will be 5 MINUTES LATE (trying to be nice). They say “we have to cancel it, we are extremely busy either way”. Hello? Don’t you have it scheduled already? We finally take our dogs in today (Sunday). They say that they can no longer accept one of them for being a crybaby. We have been taking him there his whole life, not aggressive, doesn’t bite, solely because of him being a crybaby. I don’t know what’s up with these new people but they are lazy and unprofessional.   walked the whole store twice, couldn't find a single person. Walked out and found 1 employee outside the door on her phone smoking. Quality
