- DDDiane DiazAug 10, 20262.0Had a very strange experience at this place. They kept wanting to take my kitty to a back rooom, WHAT?? What's with that?? Never had that happen at any vet he's been to! Also the brand new just graduated vet kept going on and on like she was teaching a class!! Did she listen to what was going on with our kitty , no! The only issue was our cat was over grooming himself. Simple issue that was the only problem. During the visit , which by the way was 2 hours long, because maybe not enough help?? Not sure what went on in the back room. Also the lights went out so maybe their behind on their electric bill. She recommended several different things that added up to $400 ; actually more than that. She said she was an expert at cutting nails? She couldn't even do that at all!!!!! Never return here again!! Btw got out of there for $142 Did not ok any of the frills:(

Alyssa was very thorough about everything before and after my big boy BoZeus was vaccinated. Front desk assistant was very attentive. Also Found the clinic very clean. Even though they had a water issue in the mall, not the clinic itself. Definitely going back.

- JAJustin AgreloMay 9, 20261.0This place is a joke. Took my dog here to get her allergies checked. All the vet did was look at her skin and prescribe apoquel. Didn’t even see or tell me if she had any other issues going on. Secondly, the prescribed me the prescription and when I try to fill it at PETCO.com this Vet, who apparently is there on a per diem rate and doesn’t actually work there, takes forever to respond to PETCO and my order is cancelled. Why would a vet need to approve a prescription HE wrote after the fact and why is it so difficult to fill a VETCO prescription at PETOCO is beyond frustrating and annoying. Figure out your systems and actually hire vets who are available to handle things like this in a timely matter. Complete joke.
