  DONT TAKE YOUR DOG TO GET GROOMED HERE. Made a post a few years ago about the groomers abusing the dogs I guess some things don’t change. This lady was smacking this dog yelling at it pulling its tail so hard the dog was falling over so sad to see someone who should know how to groom a dog act like it’s a Barbie doll.

  I had the pleasure of dealing with one of your employees named Peter. What an amazing employee very helpful very energetic had a smile in his voice. I give him 10 stars if I could.

  multiple dead and sick fish. the “manager” says they’ll treat them but really just throw them away and get new product. i tried to talk to her about multiple sick bettas and she said they were all fine in their cups and i was being “rude.” for simple saying multiple fish were upside down, or bloated, or just not moving/ alive

  Steven was extremely professional and helpful today while assisting me with an issue. About a week ago, the store was giving out small samples of dog food along with a coupon. My puppy is very picky and has a sensitive stomach, so she usually doesn’t like most foods. However, after slowly introducing the sample over the past week, we found that she absolutely loved it and had no reaction. Although my coupon had expired about four days ago, Steven was very accommodating and still honored the discount. He also took the time to show me exactly where to find the product. I really appreciated his kindness and excellent customer service. Employees like Steven is what keeps me coming back to Petco!

  I just left the store in Norridge. The shelves were poorly stocked. Three was no size of the dog food usually in stock. Ii asked about it at the front desk and the person there was nice and asked another employee who was already going to the back if they could check to see if it was there. The employee aggressively said no right to my face because he was going back for another customer. If you are going to the back already, can’t you just look on the way? I understand the guy was busy but he is being paid and should not be aggressive and just say “No”. I then selected a different brand of food and went to the register. I saw the employee there and made a comment that he could have checked when he went went back and didn’t have to be rude. He then doubled down on the rudeness and accused me of being impatient and rude. Then, another employee I later learned was the “manager” butted in and was even more sarcastic and rude. She sarcastically said “have a good day” several times to dismiss me and my concerns and when I said this was my last time in the store she replied “good”. I have been coming to this store for over 6 years and spend about 200/month. She refused to give her name, provide any info on who else i claim speak to and then threatened to call the police. Is this the way PetCo treats their loyal Customers? Out of stock on a Saturday and ride and sarcastic? You sure pulled one on me dish you?
