  I have been a Petco Perks member for quite some time and have generally had positive experiences. Unfortunately, my visit today was very disappointing due to my interaction with Eden at checkout. I explained that I needed to return/exchange an item because I had purchased the wrong size. I also had several other items that I wanted to purchase. I noticed there was a price difference between the in-store price and the price shown on the Petco app, so I politely asked if the price could be matched. Eden became visibly upset and told me that I would have to purchase the items online in order to receive the lower price. I explained that I had been at the same location the day before, and a gentleman working there had no problem honoring the price adjustment. After processing my return, Eden placed my receipt on the coy and simply walked away, leaving us standing at the checkout counter even though I had additional items that I still needed to purchase. I was never given the opportunity to complete my purchase. The entire interaction felt unnecessarily rude and unprofessional. I have been a loyal Petco customer for quite some time, and I was very disappointed with the way I was treated. There was no reason for the situation to be handled in such a dismissive manner, especially when I was simply asking a question about a price adjustment and trying to complete my purchase.

  I just had such a wonderful customer service experience! She was absolutely amazing, so kind, patient, and clearly great with animals. You could tell she genuinely cared about making our little senior pup comfortable. She did an excellent job grooming him, and we couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out.

  Kate land and Aly were so professional. They brought backspace and consumers and trust. They were so good to Waylon Our 100 pound German Shepherd. There was a little bit of a issue and they fixed it right away and they were nothing but kind and helpful.

  Today at this location, I never had a problem before bringing my dog for grooming services. One groomer , who was not the original one for my dog , received a call from the groomer informing me my dog had to be bathed again because she pooped- something that has never happened to my dog while getting groomed . Grooming recommended VIP for an additional extra charge. Today I noticed on the receipt there was an additional charge of $5.99 for supplies, plus a grooming fee of $89.00. To give extra for a tip? What a rip-off of service. I will never bring my dog back here ever again. Do not bring your dog to Petco for grooming . I noticed my dog was having a lot of anxiety, something I have never seen.

  I've been a loyal Petco customer for years because I have three pets, and I love spoiling them. I recently moved to the area, so this store is now the closest one to me. I've visited three times already, and unfortunately, each experience has been disappointing. The customer service here is very different from other Petco locations I've visited. Every time I've come in, I've felt ignored. The staff always seems to be in a hurry and doesn't appear interested in helping customers. On one visit, I asked about a specific product and was simply told, "You can only get it online." A few minutes later, I found the exact same product on the store shelves. That kind of response makes it feel like helping customers isn't a priority. I really like Petco and will continue shopping for my pets, but I sincerely hope this location improves its customer service. A friendly attitude and a willingness to help go a long way.
