- JHJoe HartSep 24, 20262.0Great store and staff. Nothing against them. But I feel the prices for crickets is a little expensive. Especially when the only ones available are small. And those crickets are so small they can get out of mesh screening.
- CGChelsea GainesSep 14, 20265.0Helpful staff and the training was excellent too. They have plenty to choose from and my kids enjoy all the different animals to look at.
- NWNancy WilseySep 13, 20265.0Was helped immediately to find the dog food I needed and then when there was a big line they opened up another lane. Thanks !
- CHCloe Van HeuklonSep 9, 20262.0Normally my experience at Petco is great and staff are friendly and helpful! However the other day when I was picking up supplies for my new cat, the lady who was working the register was very rude. She never talked to me other than rude comments or scowling when I payed cash. I work in customer service and was appalled with how bad her attitude was. I was in the next day to pick something up with my sister and asked the lady's name. Her name is Kass with shaved head and piercings on her face and mentioned in other negative reviews. She should no longer have a job there anymore unless she can work on her customer service skills.
