- KKKimJul 30, 20261.0I have been a loyal customer to this specific location for 7 years now, this evening changed my experience with this location. I went in this evening and purchased my pets kibble, the cashier that assisted me i believe his name is Jesse made the experience extremely unwelcoming ! He did not greet me, he was ranting and complaining to his fellow coworker about the workspace and completely disregarded my presence as a customer. When I decided to pay cash, he simply snatched the money right out of my hand. He was abrasive and extremly demeaning. I honestly feel i was discriminated against by Jesse. Every other employee has been beyond phenomenal. That young man tainted my perception to this store. I will no longer bring my buisness to this store, I prefer to make a longer commute to the Shorewood location where I know I will be treated with respect.
