  If you truly care about your dog’s safety and wellbeing, think twice before bringing them here. This facility advertises itself as a “doggy daycare” where dogs can socialize, play, and enjoy their day outside of cages. Unfortunately, that has not been our experience at all. Multiple people, myself included, have witnessed dogs coming home appearing heavily sedated and unable to function normally. Instead of active, happy dogs, they appeared lethargic, disoriented, and confined for extended periods of time. It was deeply disturbing to see. What completely destroyed my trust, however, was when my own dog was released to someone without my authorization. A friend of mine was able to pick up my dog without staff ever contacting me for approval or verification. They simply handed my dog over with no phone call, no confirmation, and no concern for my pet’s safety. That alone is an unacceptable security failure and could have ended tragically. More recently, a friend attempted to pick up their dog early after travel plans changed, only to find their dog so impaired that he could barely walk. No responsible pet owner should ever have to witness that. This place used to have a good reputation, but it has declined dramatically. Between the lack of proper supervision, questionable treatment of animals, and serious safety concerns regarding pet release procedures, I can no longer recommend this business to anyone. Your pets deserve better care, better oversight, and people you can actually trust.
